Valeria is a highly experienced international Pet Groomer with over 8 years of professional grooming experience across multiple countries, with specialised expertise in professional cat grooming. She is skilled in working with cats of all breeds and temperaments, including nervous, sensitive, or difficult cats, always prioritising their comfort and emotional wellbeing.

Known for her calm, gentle, and precise approach, Valeria understands feline behaviour deeply and creates a quiet, controlled, and low-stress grooming environment. With meticulous attention to detail and refined grooming techniques, she delivers safe, elegant, and tailored grooming results, earning the trust of both cats and their owners through a truly premium level of care.

Quin

Quin has always had a deep love for dogs and dreamed of working with animals from a young age. Although she once hoped to become a vet, her passion ultimately led her to a hands-on career in pet grooming. After completing a two-month grooming course and volunteering in Asia and the UK, Quin returned to grooming with enthusiasm and determination, continuously expanding her knowledge of different breeds, coat types, and dog behaviour.

Known for her gentle and patient approach, Quin ensures every dog feels safe, comfortable, and never pushed beyond their limits. She particularly enjoys Asian-style scissoring and is always eager to refine her skills across a range of grooming techniques. Devoted to her four-legged clients, she takes pride in creating a calm, positive experience—helping every pet look and feel their very best.

Cara

Cara is a gentle and passionate pet groomer, certified with a Level 3 qualification from the Korea Kennel Federation (KKF) in 2018. With hands-on experience working with both dogs and cats, she approaches every grooming session with patience, empathy, and genuine care.

Since 2019, Cara has devoted her time to rescuing stray cats and volunteering at animal shelters, experiences that have deepened her understanding of animal behaviour and emotional wellbeing. She is dedicated to creating a calm, positive, and loving environment where every pet feels safe and at ease throughout the grooming process.

Committed to continuous learning, Cara keeps up with the latest grooming techniques and trends to ensure the highest standard of care. For her, grooming goes beyond appearance — it’s about building trust, sharing warmth, and creating joyful experiences for pets and their families.

Sylvana

Sylvana has had a deep love for animals since childhood, which led her to begin her dog grooming studies at the age of 16. She is currently completing her Level 2 qualification, due to finish in July, and plans to progress onto Level 3 as she works towards becoming a fully qualified dog groomer.

Passionate about all aspects of canine care, she is committed to continually expanding her knowledge and refining her skills. With a genuine enthusiasm for learning and professional growth, she looks forward to building her experience in the grooming industry and providing the highest standard of care for every dog she works with.
