Driven by a lifelong passion for animals, Vicky transitioned from a successful career in journalism to pursue her dream of working hands-on with pets at Furmily.
Beyond her professional qualifications from Starwood Arts of Dog Grooming School, licensed by Thailand’s Ministry of Education, Vicky is passionate about creating positive experiences for pets and their owners. Her friendly and patient approach ensures animals feel comfortable and pampered to the highest standard.
Brigi
Brigi moved to the UK in 2012 and spent 15 years working as a manager in the hospitality sector. Her love for animals started from a young age, and she decided to leave everything behind and follow her passion, which is becoming a professional dog groomer.
She has a level 3 dog grooming qualification and started her new career with Furmily. This was the best choice of her life. She is proficient with all dogs but excels with those that are nervous as she has a very patient outward presence. Nervous dogs really seem to respond to her kind manner.
The total cost of grooming for your furry friend will depend on various factors, including the stage and condition of the coat, coat thickness, medical conditions, age, behavior, neutered or not neutered, and whether your pet is a breeding dog or not. These factors help us determine the amount of work required.
