With locations in Stratford and Nine Elms, we offer a modern urban sanctuary for pet parents who seek something more personal, professional, and truly special.

What began as a small community store has gradually grown into a multi-location pet lifestyle brand. From an original team of three, Furmily has become a dedicated team of nearly twenty passionate members, all brought together by the same love for dogs and a shared commitment to improving the lives of pets and their owners.

At Furmily, we believe great pet care is never just a service. It is a relationship built with patience, understanding, trust, and love.

 

Meet the Founder

Our founder Madeleine graduated from the Imperial College London, Madeleine traded stocks in her twenties amidst London's skyscraper haze—until cold desk meals and market frenzy sparked an existential question: what defines true success?

The 2020 lockdown answered it with Fafa, a keyboard-tapping corgi whose tail wags and couch snuggles became her crash course in unfiltered joy.

Seeing 12 million UK pet owners underserved, she launched Furmily: premium pet services and vibrant community hubs where humans and pets co-create happiness. Every detail whispers one truth—love needs no compromises, only thoughtful choices.

 

Meet the Co-Founder & Brand Director

Before joining Furmily, Mia graduated from King's College London and worked as a professional news media presenter. Through her experience in media and storytelling, she developed a deep understanding of communication, human connection, and the importance of building trust with an audience.

Her life with her two Chihuahuas, George and Ami, brought her even closer to the world of pets. Through caring for them, she began to see pet ownership not simply as a daily responsibility, but as a lifestyle built on love, companionship, wellbeing, and emotional connection.

Driven by this passion, Mia joined Furmily and helped shape the brand into a more thoughtful, modern, and community-led pet lifestyle space. As Co-Founder and Brand Director, she focuses on creating a new generation of pet care environments for young pet owners — spaces that feel warm, stylish, professional, and genuinely caring.

Together with Madeleine, Mia is dedicated to redefining modern pet retail and premium grooming services, making Furmily a brand where pets and people can feel equally seen, valued, and cared for.
