Cara is a gentle and passionate cat groomer, certified with a Level 3 qualification from the Korea Kennel Federation (KKF) in 2018. With extensive hands-on experience working with cats of all breeds and temperaments, she approaches every grooming session with patience, empathy, and genuine love.
Since 2019, Cara has devoted herself to rescuing stray cats and volunteering at animal shelters, experiences that have deepened her understanding of feline behaviour and emotional wellbeing. She strives to create a peaceful, caring environment where every cat feels safe, respected, and comfortable from start to finish.
Committed to continuous learning, Cara keeps up with the latest feline grooming techniques and trends to ensure the highest quality of care. For her, cat grooming is more than just keeping a cat looking its best — it’s about building trust, sharing warmth, and helping each cat feel confident, healthy, and loved.
Cathy
Cathy is a professional pet groomer with a strong focus on cat grooming, experienced in working with a wide variety of coat types and feline temperaments. Her expertise includes kitten introductory grooming, gentle coat maintenance, careful de-matting and de-shedding, and maintaining coat health while respecting each cat’s natural balance and structure.
She is especially known for her calm, patient, and feline-aware handling style, making her particularly skilled with nervous, sensitive, or first-time cats. Cathy prioritises low-stress techniques, safety, and animal welfare at every stage of the grooming process, ensuring each cat feels secure and cared for.

Sylvana has had a deep love for animals since childhood, which led her to begin her dog grooming studies at the age of 16. She is currently completing her Level 2 qualification, due to finish in July, and plans to progress onto Level 3 as she works towards becoming a fully qualified dog groomer.
Passionate about all aspects of canine care, she is committed to continually expanding her knowledge and refining her skills. With a genuine enthusiasm for learning and professional growth, she looks forward to building her experience in the grooming industry and providing the highest standard of care for every dog she works with.
Quin
Quin has always had a deep love for dogs and dreamed of working with animals from a young age. Although she once hoped to become a vet, her passion ultimately led her to a hands-on career in pet grooming. After completing a two-month grooming course and volunteering in Asia and the UK, Quin returned to grooming with enthusiasm and determination, continuously expanding her knowledge of different breeds, coat types, and dog behaviour.
Known for her gentle and patient approach, Quin ensures every dog feels safe, comfortable, and never pushed beyond their limits. She particularly enjoys Asian-style scissoring and is always eager to refine her skills across a range of grooming techniques. Devoted to her four-legged clients, she takes pride in creating a calm, positive experience—helping every pet look and feel their very best.
